We are still in the process of getting credentialed with insurances. At the moment we are accepting Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Elevance Health), Federal Employee Program (FEP), and Medicare Part B.
If you would like to wait to schedule until we have your insurance, you totally can! We would recommend still calling our office so we can register you as a new patient and set up an appointment reminder -- that way we can call you back when we have received word from your insurance.
We also take cash pay (cash, credit/debit card, check) if that is more convenient for you. To ask about cash pay pricing, call us at 540-450-5300.
Lastly, we could always bill out-of-network with your insurance and then add your insurance to your account when we are able to take it.

We charge a $25.00 no-show fee if you do not arrive 20 minutes after your appointment has begun. If you know you will be late for your appointment, please call us to make sure we keep your spot, or feel free to call to reschedule your appointment if another time works best for you.
